When We Create - Winter 2024

Winter season’s program, “Between Harvest & Rest”, invites us to turn inward and explore the warmth within through the following themes: reflection on personal growth, self-compassion, preparation for stillness, releasing old patterns, and setting intentions for rest and renewal. Through intuitive art, storytelling, breathwork, journaling and visualization, we’ll progressively settle into stillness and soften to the energy of winter. This final series will include 3 creative projects which we will complete over the course of 5 weeks: 11/14, 11/21, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19.
