I offer two individual coaching pathways:

Creative Shift Program (6 months commitment)
Flash Coaching Program (3 months commitment)

Both programs include:

A deep dive into your personal goals, with structured support to establish accountability, overcome internal obstacles, and shift your mindset while working toward the life you want.
Two one-on-one coaching sessions per month via video conferencing or in person at Rising Heart Studio (Metuchen, NJ).
Personalized art activities to support your growth and self-discovery.
Weekly check-ins via text or email for additional guidance and motivation.

Investment

Creative Shift Program: $2,100 (or $395 per month)
Flash Coaching Program: $1,185

Sliding scale rates are available for students, recent graduates, teachers, single parents, unemployed or underemployed individuals, and professionals with an annual income below $50,000.
